NSU University School Athletic Clearance Information
Special note - This year there are 3 FREE NFHS courses required of each athlete. The link for these courses is embedded in the "signature page" of the profile website. The completion certificates need to be uploaded to the profile along with the medical clearance forms. Approval to play will be determined after each player's information is reviewed. The Athletic Clearance process is an additional process for student athletes. It is not the same as the regular annual medical form submission process that is required via Magnus Health.
